The administration of the Tooliox project (the Operator) respects your right to privacy. This document explains how we process your data. The legal basis for processing is your consent, expressed when you start using the website.

Telegram profile data: used exclusively to authenticate users on the website.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and network data.
User files: files uploaded for processing.

Source files: automatically and permanently deleted from the server immediately after processing is complete.
Processing results: available for download through a unique link for 60 minutes, after which they are automatically deleted.
Task metadata: technical information is retained for 12 months to optimize the service and prevent failures.

We use technical cookies required for sessions to function. Yandex.Metrika and Webvisor are activated only with your consent and collect data about visits and actions on the website to analyze traffic and improve the interface. You can decline analytics or withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Withdrawal stops further activation of analytics but does not automatically delete data already transmitted.
